Sonya Joseph is a leadership and professional development coach. She is a certified DDI training facilitator, motivational speaker and blogger who has worked in an array of roles and departments for a variety of companies including Verizon and AT&T. Her primary focus was corporate training, and instructional design/project management, respectively. Sonya has earned multiple awards and recognitions during her career in Corporate America for excellence in customer service and leadership. Her passion for leadership has caused her heartbreak as she’s witnessed how drastically poor leadership can damage people and organizations. It is her focus to change that by helping develop strong leaders who lead from within, even if it’s one person at a time. Her efforts to develop a path lined with great leaders is achieved through her company, Leadership Impact, which was established in 2011.
