Dr Juana Hutchinson-Colas Dr Juana Hutchinson-Colas joins our host again for the final episode of this 3 part series. The two doctors begin their discussion with the topic of prolapse. Dr. Hutchinson-Colas explains to listeners a conservative approach to prolapse, a pessary. This silicon device is recommended to many of her patients due to its easy fit and care. She then goes on to explain two types of surgeries (reconstruction and obliterative) that she performs when necessary. This episode also includes the topics of grafts in the vagina, transgender surgeries, and female genital mutilation. Dr. Hutchinson-Colas strives to assist all of her patients to be their best selves. In order to do this she provides surgeries, including phalloplasty surgery.
